Who would have thought that when two friends from Aberaeron
(a Builder and a Director of a legal services company) tired of being offered only English or French mustard with their steaks, decided to produce a truly Welsh Mustard, it would result in a Welsh Red Mustard which is taking the country by storm.

Based on an old Celtic reference to “meat spiced with mustard seed and mead” Welsh Red Mustard was born and so was the Welsh Mustard Company.
