The Welsh Mustard Company commenced trading in Ciliau Aeron, mid-Wales in 2000 producing the now famous, and unique, Welsh Red Mustard.
The Company was incorporated 6th October 2006 and became The Welsh Mustard Company Limited.
In November 2007 the Company was announced as the winner of the Food Producer Award in the Ceredigion Business Awards. Through the growth in popularity of the Welsh Red Mustard it was decided, on St David's Day in March 2007, to launch the equally unique Welsh Mint Sauce.
In December 2008 the Company was taken into new management by Tom Williams and Owain Peckover and moved to the small harbour town of Aberaeron, Ceredigion, in mid-Wales.
The future promises further additions to the number of our unique and quality products.
